Rotate PDF pages

Choose which pages to rotate and the angle. The result is downloaded locally, nothing is sent to a server.

How Rotate PDF pages works

Rotate one, several, or all pages of a PDF by 90, 180, or 270 degrees with pdf-lib, so scanned documents, invoices, or presentation slides are corrected in seconds.

Select individual pages or ranges with the page selector, or apply the rotation to the entire document; unselected pages keep their original orientation. The rotation is applied to the page viewport, so embedded text and metadata are preserved as-is.

Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Your PDF is parsed and rewritten by pdf-lib in your browser tab, the document is loaded into memory on your own device, each selected page's rotation entry is updated there, and the new PDF is serialised in memory and offered as a local download. Nothing reaches Sunasty or any third party. Open your browser's DevTools, go to the Network tab and watch: no request carries your file.

Can I rotate only specific pages rather than the whole document?

Yes. Use the page selector to pick individual pages or ranges, then choose the rotation angle. Unselected pages keep their original orientation.

Does rotating pages affect the PDF's text layer or bookmarks?

The rotation is applied to the page viewport; the embedded text and metadata are preserved as-is by pdf-lib.

Does it work offline?

Yes, once the page has loaded. Because the processing happens on your device, you can disconnect from the network and the tool keeps working. This is the clearest proof that your data never leaves your machine.

Is it free? Do I need an account?

It is completely free and requires no sign-up. There are no watermarks, no daily limits and no tracking cookies needed to use the tool.
