Privacy policy
This policy explains how Sunasty collects and protects data on this site, run by Bastien Sulyan, a private individual and the data controller.

File processing
All file processing on Sunasty is performed 100% client-side, directly in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to any server, never transmitted over the network, and never stored outside your own device. There is no server in the loop that could receive them.
Analytics and advertising
This site loads no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager and no advertising or social tracker, and it sets no cookies of its own. No audience measurement runs in your browser: nothing tracks your visits, clicks or usage on this site today. Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site as our content delivery network, reverse proxy and TLS terminator, still processes standard request metadata such as your IP address to deliver and secure every request; that server-side processing is covered in the Third parties section below, under our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). To help fund hosting and development, privacy-respecting analytics and advertising may be added later; if that happens, this policy will be updated first, the collection will be consent-based and denied by default, and you will be able to opt out. Your files and anything you type into the tools would never be part of analytics or advertising.
Third parties
Two third parties can see standard request information such as your IP address when you use this site. First, the whole site is served through Cloudflare, which acts as our content delivery network, reverse proxy, TLS terminator and security filter; every request passes through it, so Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request metadata on our behalf. Second, when you use the currency converter, your browser fetches a public daily exchange-rate table from a CDN (jsDelivr, with a Cloudflare Pages fallback) published by the open-source fawazahmed0/exchange-api project; this exposes your IP address to those CDNs as any web request does, but the amounts you enter are never sent. The legal basis for both is our legitimate interest in serving and securing the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is a US company, so this can involve a transfer outside the EU framed by its standard contractual clauses. No data is sold, and nothing you type into the tools is shared with anyone.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at www.cnil.fr.
Data retention
We keep no analytics profiles and store none of your files or inputs on our servers. What some tools save locally (timesheet entries, stopwatch laps, timer and pomodoro state) stays in your browser and is yours to clear at any time. Standard server and CDN request logs, which include IP addresses, are processed by our host and by Cloudflare for security and reliability and are kept only for the short period those providers retain them. If additional analytics is added later, this section will state exactly how long any data is kept and how to withdraw your consent.
